  • 8 oz. fresh or frozen raspberries
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 oz. superfine sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. gin

Directions

    Bring all ingredients to a boil.

    Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Press the sauce through a sieve.

    Chill until ready to use, 15 minutes plus chilling time.
