  • 10 ounces, weight Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/3 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1/3 cups Red Wine
  • 1 whole Lemon Zest

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a medium-sized heavy saucepan. Simmer on medium-low until berries have broken down and the wine has cooked off, approximately 10-15 minutes. Let cool.
