  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. frozen or fresh raspberries (unsweetened)
  • 1 small ripe banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c. apple juice
  • 1/2 c. raspberry yogurt

Directions

    In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Cover and process until well blended. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
