  • 1 c. plain nonfat yogurt with aspartame sweetener
  • 1 c. crushed ice
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 packets sugar substitute or equivalent of 4 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Place all ingredients in food processor or blender, process until smooth. Scrape down sides as needed. Serve immediately.
