- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. unsifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. fresh raspberries or frozen, thawed and drained
Directions

1Grease 12 (3-inch) muffin pan cups.

2Heat oven to 400°.

3In medium size bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.

4In small bowl, combine milk, sour cream and vanilla.

5In large bowl, with electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

6Add egg.

7Beat until well blended.

8Add flour mixture alternately with milk mixture, beating until batter is just combined.

9Gently fold in raspberries.
