- 8 ounces, weight Fresh Raspberries (Or Frozen)
- 16 ounces, weight Raw Whole Almonds
- 6 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar, Divided
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2In a saucepan over low heat, add raspberries and 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) sugar.

3Stir to combine.

4Once fruit breaks down and is syrupy, pass through a mesh sieve under a bowl.

5Add raw almonds to a mixing bowl and add raspberry syrup.

6Stir well to coat.

7Transfer to a nonstick rimmed baking sheet pan and bake 11 minutes.

8Sprinkle remaining granulated sugar over baked almonds.

9Allow to cool then store in an airtight container or jars.
