  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. butter, creamed
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla

    Cream and blend together. Press dough into greased 10 x 15 jelly roll pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Take out and spread 1 (12 ounce) jar of black raspberry jam or jelly on hot crust.
