  • 12 oz. white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1/4 c. raspberry liqueur

Directions

    Combine ingredients. Cover and let stand for 5 days or more at room temperature.

    Strain vinegar and pour into a sterilized bottle. Discard raspberries. Store vinegar at room temperature.
