- 1 c. raspberries
- 3 c. white vinegar
- 1/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Heat, but do not boil, the vinegar.

2Add sugar.

3Dissolve the sugar in hot vinegar.

4Place berries in jar or bottle and pour warm vinegar over the berries.

5Before capping, allow the liquid to cool to room temperature.

6Fix top tightly and place in sunny window spot for 1 to 2 weeks.

7Store in cool place.

8As the berries soften and loose their shape, strain and rebottle the vinegar.
