  • 1 box (8 Oz. Box) Rigatoni Pasta
  • 2 whole Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 18 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 cup Chopped Broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Chopped Fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
  • 18 cups Basil Pesto
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

    Drain well and set aside in a large serving bowl.

    Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and oregano.

    Cook chicken in a skillet over medium high heat until done and juices run clear (about 4 minutes each side).

    Slice chicken into bite-sized chunks or strips and set aside.

    Bring a pot of water to a boil and place broccoli into the heated water until it turns a bright green.

    It only takes about 1 minute so watch it closely.

    Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

    In another skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in olive oil.

    Cook garlic for a minute or two and then add spinach and stir it until it is wilted and soft.

    Stir in Alfredo sauce and pesto and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.

    Then sprinkle the mixture with Italian seasoning.

    Pour Alfredo sauce mixture over the pasta, then add chicken and broccoli and stir to combine.
