- 4 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
- 1 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed cream of asparagus soup
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1-1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 sliced potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup light cream
Directions

1Brown chops in oil on both sides.

2Drain.

3Mix undiluted soup with onions, salt, pepper, and water.

4Arrange alternate layers of meat, potatoes and cabbage in crockpot.

5Pour soup mixture over.

6Cover and cook 4-6 hours on low.

7Turn to high.

8Add cream; cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
