- 1 (9 ounce) packagefresh spinach ravioli
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 14 lb thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 18 teaspoon freshly grated pepper
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook ravioli until barely tender, 6-7 minutes.

2Drain and set aside.

3Meanwhile place peas in microwave dish with 1 tablespoon water.

4Microwave on high 2-3 minutes.

5In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

6Add ravioli, peas, prosciutto and pepper.

7Cook 1-2 minutes to heat through.

8Transfer to a serving dish and toss gently with Parmesan cheese.
