  • 1 (9 ounce) packagefresh spinach ravioli
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 14 lb thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • 18 teaspoon freshly grated pepper
  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese

    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook ravioli until barely tender, 6-7 minutes.

    Drain and set aside.

    Meanwhile place peas in microwave dish with 1 tablespoon water.

    Microwave on high 2-3 minutes.

    In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

    Add ravioli, peas, prosciutto and pepper.

    Cook 1-2 minutes to heat through.

    Transfer to a serving dish and toss gently with Parmesan cheese.
