  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 c. raw apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix all ingredients together and bake at 325° for 1 hour. While cake is still hot, poke holes in it with a fork or toothpick and pour icing over hot cake.
