  • 4 c. peeled and diced apples
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. oil

    Blend oil, sugar and eggs; mix well.

    Add apples and remaining ingredients.

    Mix quickly and thoroughly.

    Place in oiled and floured 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
