  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white Karo corn syrup
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. butterscotch chips
  • 6 c. Rice Krispies

Directions

    Combine sugar and syrup.

    Heat until it boils.

    Add peanut butter.

    Heat until smooth.

    Stir in Rice Krispies until all Rice Krispies are coated with peanut butter mixture.

    Press mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch buttered cake pan.

    Combine chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and melt in double boiler.

    Pour mixture over bars in cake pan.

    Place bars in refrigerator about 45 minutes, until chocolate topping is cool.

    Cut bars now for easier cutting.
