Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw cacao powder
  • 12 cup cocoa butter
  • 12 cup raw agave nectar
  • 12 cup coconut oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

    Sift cacao powder into a large bowl.

    Melt cocoa butter in a double boiler or bain marie over low heat (so as not to degrade the nutrients).

    Whisk occasionally.

    When almost melted, add coconut oil and whisk occasionally until melted.

    Add butter and oil mixture to powder.

    Add agave.

    Add salt.

    Whisk until well combined.

    Add fillings if desired.

    Pour into molds.

    Freeze until hard.

    Store in the refrigerator.
