- 2 cups raw cacao powder
- 12 cup cocoa butter
- 12 cup raw agave nectar
- 12 cup coconut oil
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Sift cacao powder into a large bowl.

2Melt cocoa butter in a double boiler or bain marie over low heat (so as not to degrade the nutrients).

3Whisk occasionally.

4When almost melted, add coconut oil and whisk occasionally until melted.

5Add butter and oil mixture to powder.

6Add agave.

7Add salt.
-
8Whisk until well combined.

9Add fillings if desired.

10Pour into molds.

11Freeze until hard.

12Store in the refrigerator.
