    Stir cream, milk, and chocolate-hazelnut spread together in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until chocolate hazelnut spread is melted, 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until set, 3 to 4 hours.
