- 6 hot peppers
- 6 or 8 peppers, chopped (red and green)
- 6 carrots, shredded
- 1 c. salt
- 6 c. vinegar
- 5 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Sprinkle salt over vegetables.

2Let sit overnight.

3Next morning, rinse and drain.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Stir to dissolve sugar.

6Put in hot jars and seal.
