- 1 cup Hazelnuts
- 13 cups Chia Seeds
- 13 cups Flax Seeds
- 23 cups Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 whole Apples (small), Cored And Chopped
- 1-13 cup Raisins
Directions

1Chop the nuts and seeds in a food processor until you get a mixture resembling fine crumbs.

2Add apples and raisins and pulse until everything starts to stick together.

3Then scoop the mixture into a quick bread pan that youve lined with parchment paper (I have a 31x11 cm bread pan, which is about 12x4 inches).

4Press the mixture into an even layer with a spoon.

5Refrigerate for at least two hours then cut into bars and enjoy!
