  • 1 cup Hazelnuts
  • 13 cups Chia Seeds
  • 13 cups Flax Seeds
  • 23 cups Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 whole Apples (small), Cored And Chopped
  • 1-13 cup Raisins

    Chop the nuts and seeds in a food processor until you get a mixture resembling fine crumbs.

    Add apples and raisins and pulse until everything starts to stick together.

    Then scoop the mixture into a quick bread pan that youve lined with parchment paper (I have a 31x11 cm bread pan, which is about 12x4 inches).

    Press the mixture into an even layer with a spoon.

    Refrigerate for at least two hours then cut into bars and enjoy!
