- 1 c. lite mayonnaise
- 4 pkg. sugar substitute
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 green pepper
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Dice vegetables rather small.

2Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar substitute and mustard together.

3Add diced vegetables to dressing mixture and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
