- 12 cup ghee
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon fried silvered almonds
- 1 tablespoon fried sultana
- nutmeg
Directions

1Melt the ghee and add the semolina.

2Fry until light brown in colour.

3Add water, milk and sugar.

4Cook over medium heat until it is of porridge consistency.

5Serve in a deep dish.

6Decorate with grated nutmeg, almonds and sultanas.
