- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. water
- 2 sticks margarine
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Put in mixing bowl the sugar and flour.

2Combine and bring to a boil the water, margarine and cocoa.

3Add to this mixture after it comes to a boil the eggs and vanilla.

4Pour into sugar and flour mixture.

5Stir well.

6Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake is done.

7Leave cake in pan and pour the following icing over warm cake.
