  • Plain Nacho chips
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups of your favorite shredded cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef with onions. Drain. Mix meat, soup, and rotel together until well

    blended. Spray bottom of a 9x13 inch pan, cover bottom of pan heavily with nacho chips. Pour meat mixture over chips. Cover with cheese. May add more cheese if you are a cheese lover. Bake at 400° until cheese is melted and begins to brown.
