- egg roll wrappers (1 to 2 pkg.)
- 1 c. chopped green onions
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
- 1 small pkg. shrimp
- 1 lb. ground beef or 1 lb. round steak, diced
- cooking oil
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1In 3 tablespoons oil, stir-fry bean sprouts and green onions. Simmer 10 minutes.

2In a separate skillet, fry meat until it is done; drain and season to taste.

3Add shrimp to meat and cook for 5 minutes.

4Add bean sprouts and onion.

5Mix well.

6Empty mixture into a bowl.

7Read back of egg roll wrappers and follow directions to prepare for filling.

8Beat 1 egg.

9Use this to seal egg roll after you have put filling in and rolled up.

10Before rolling up, sprinkle some Cheddar cheese onto the mixture.

11Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
