- about 1 lb. any kind fish fillet (sole is best)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. any old white wine
- couple of generous splashes of concentrated lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Line your broiler pan bottom with aluminum foil (you can use any baking dish you want).

2Dot with dabs of margarine.

3Salt and pepper fish.

4Place in pan.

5Dot fish with dabs of margarine. Pour the wine and splash the lemon juice over the fish.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes (or until fish flakes).
