Rebaked Potatoes

  • 5 large baking potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. potato topping
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Bake potatoes until done; cut each one in half.

    Using a fork, scrape the potato in a large bowl, leaving the peeling for re-use. Combine potatoes, butter, sour cream, cheese, topping, salt and pepper.

    Put mixture back in peeling and bake at 350° until hot.
