- 1 large pkg. jello (orange, pineapple or lemon)
- 1 (29 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
- 2/3 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- dash of salt (optional)
Directions

1Drain pineapple; heat juice to boiling point.

2Stir in gelatin until dissolved.

3Add other ingredients.

4Pour into circular mold. Chill.

5Unmold onto bed of lettuce.

6Serve with hot Parker House rolls and coffee.
