Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

    Boil juice from the crushed pineapple and dissolve Jell-O in it.

    When this is almost jelled, add the cream cheese which is at room temperature and has been mashed with a fork; mix well.

    Add pineapple, celery, nuts and salt.

    Fold in the cream which has been whipped stiff.
