Ingredients

  • 2 (small) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large jar pimiento
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Directions

    Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.

    Add pineapple, celery and nuts. Mash cream cheese and pimiento.

    Add to mixture. Add pinch of salt to cream cheese. Set in refrigerator.

    When the mixture begins to jell, fold in whipped cream. Set in refrigerator until completely jelled.
