- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. butter
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 eggs
- 6 c. flour
Directions

1Pour boiling water over butter, sugar and salt; let cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water; beat in eggs.

2Add to the cooled butter mixture.

3Add flour; mix well.

4Let sit overnight, covered, in refrigerator.

5Shape 2 hours before baking.

6Melt butter or margarine and brush onto tops as rolls are shaped.

7Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seed if desired.

8Bake at 425° for about 12 minutes.
