- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 8 large eggs, hard-cooked
Directions

1Drain beets, reserving juice.

2Mix sugar, salt, vinegar, water and beet juice in a small saucepan.

3Heat until sugar dissolves.

4Peel eggs.

5Put beets and eggs in a bowl.

6Cover with the liquid and refrigerate for several days.
