- 1 lb. box graham crackers, crushed
- 1 qt. plus c. broken pecans
- 1 large and 1 small can Angel Flake coconut
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 qt. marshmallow cream
Directions

1Reserve 3/4 cup crumbs for later; set aside.

2In a large bowl, mix remaining crumbs, pecans and coconut.

3Melt margarine, milk and marshmallow cream in heavy saucepan over low heat.

4Pour this mixture over first and mix well.

5Spread reserved crumbs onto plastic wrap.

6Wet hands in cold water; shape a handful of pecan mixture into roll; roll in crumbs.

7Transfer rolls to clean plastic wrap, seal and refrigerate.
