- 3 cans whole red beets
- 2 doz. hard-boiled eggs
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
Directions

1Peel the eggs.

2Combine the juice from the beets, vinegar and sugar.

3Dissolve sugar well.

4Add juice mixture and beets to eggs. Let stand 1 to 2 days in refrigerator.

5Eggs will get a deep red color like the beets as they stay in the juice.

6Good in salads or by themselves.
