- 7-8 red beets (uncooked)
- 1 1/2 cups Feta
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons nut oil
- 1/4 cup ground hazelnuts
- Salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook the beets in salted water for 50-60 minutes. Peel and grate. Crumble the feta and stir together beets and feta in a bowl

2Slice the spring onions. Add onions, hazelnuts, oil and eggs to the beet-feta mixture. Season to taste.

3Pour into an pie dish and bake for 25-30 minutes on ca. 375F until cooked
