- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 c. shredded red cabbage
- 2 tart apples, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Melt fat in large skillet.

4Add onion and cook slowly until golden.

5Add cabbage, apples, vinegar and seasoning to taste.

6Cook very slowly until all ingredients are tender.
