- 1 cup diced onion
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cabbage, apple, and onion; saute 3 minutes. Stir in apple juice and remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and cook 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
