  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. sake
  • 1 Tbsp. grated, fresh ginger or 1 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate

Directions

    Have butcher cut chicken breasts, thighs or wings or a combination across the bone.

    Marinate in teriyaki sauce for at least 1 hour.

    Bake at 400° until almost all liquid has cooked away, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    This sauce can be used for pork or beef.
