- 1/2 c. sake
- 1 Tbsp. grated, fresh ginger or 1 tsp. grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate
Directions

1Have butcher cut chicken breasts, thighs or wings or a combination across the bone.

2Marinate in teriyaki sauce for at least 1 hour.

3Bake at 400° until almost all liquid has cooked away, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

4This sauce can be used for pork or beef.
