- 1 large fryer or 4 large breasts and 6 chicken thighs
- 2 small cans tomato sauce or 1 large can tomato sauce
- 32 oz. bottle ketchup
- salt and pepper to taste
- shake of Texas Pete hot sauce
- shake of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium chopped onion
Directions

1Boil chicken and debone.

2Remove skin of chicken before boiling.

3Place chicken pieces in saucepan and cover with broth from boiling.

4Add tomato sauce, most of the bottle of ketchup, salt, pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and chopped onion. Cook low on simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.

5Water may be added if stew is too thick.

6Serve over rice or as stew.
