- 12 cup cider vinegar
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 34 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon louisiana style hot sauce
- 1 12 teaspoons ground pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 8 cups shredded green cabbage (1 medium head)
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl,combine the vinegar,sugar and brown sugar.

2Stir until sugars are dissolved.

3Add the ketchup,hot sauce,pepper and salt.

4Mix until smooth.

5Toss the cabbage and mix until cabbage is evenly coated with sauce.Cover or transfer to a lidded container and refrigerate at least a few hours or overnight before serving.
