- 1 lb. stew meat
- 1 large onion
- 1 pod garlic
- 5 or 6 potatoes
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Put cooking oil in skillet and get hot.

2Salt and pepper meat; sear good.

3Add onion and garlic; sear (mince onion).

4Add the tomato sauce and chili powder.

5Add water to about 1-inch from top. Put lid on and cook about 2 hours on medium heat, then add the potatoes which have been cut up in small pieces.

6Put lid back on and cook about 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
