  • 2 gal. ripe cucumbers
  • 1 (13 oz.) pkg. red hots
  • 1 Tbsp. alum
  • 8 sticks cinnamon
  • 3 c. white vinegar
  • 2 c. lime
  • 10 c. sugar
  • 1 bottle food coloring

Directions

    Soak cucumbers in lime water for 24 hours.
  2. 2
    Wash and cover pickles with water, ice and 1/4 cup salt for 3 hours. Drain and wash.
