- 1 Tbsp. alum
- 8 sticks cinnamon
- 3 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. lime
- 10 c. sugar
- 1 bottle food coloring
Directions

1Soak cucumbers in lime water for 24 hours.

2Wash and cover pickles with water, ice and 1/4 cup salt for 3 hours. Drain and wash.
