- 1-1/3 cups flour
- 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 3 Tbsp. fat-free milk
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can (21 oz.) light cherry pie filling
Directions

1Mix flour and baking powder; set aside.

2Blend egg substitute, milk and almond extract; set aside.

3Beat margarine or butter and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until creamy.

4Alternately add flour mixture and egg mixture, blending well after each addition.

5Spread batter in greased 9-inch springform pan.

6Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.

7Spoon cherry pie filling over batter; sprinkle Streusel Topping over filling around outside edge of pan.

8Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

9Cool in pan on wire rack for 25 minutes.

10Remove outside ring of pan; cool completely on wire rack.

11Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze, if desired.
