  • 2 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar red roasted peppers, drained and patted dry on paper towel and chopped
  • 2/3 c. milk

Directions

    In a medium bowl, stir together biscuit mix, Parmesan cheese, oregano and cayenne. Add roasted peppers and milk to biscuit mixture. Stir just until moistened. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart onto greased baking sheet.

    Bake 12 to 14 minutes in a 425° oven or until browned. Yields 1 dozen.
