  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, undrained
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon salt
