  • 15 ounces, weight Can Of Diced Tomatoes, Partially Drained
  • 15 ounces, weight Can Of Black Beans, Rinsed & Drained
  • 1 whole Medium Size Onion, Diced

    Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot on low for 6 hours.

    Serve over a bed of rice.

    Shred leftover chicken and and serve over tortilla chips with the veggies and some grated cheese the next night for a delicious snack or dinner.
