  • 12 green peppers
  • 12 large onions
  • 1 large head cabbage
  • 1 c. salt
  • 5 c. white vinegar
  • 5 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 c. mustard seed

    Cut up fine, or use food processor.

    Cover with salt.

    Let stand overnight.

    Drain well.

    Add the vinegar.

    Cook until well heated and the sugar is melted.
