- 4 Tbsp. oil or drippings
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 red or green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves garlic
Directions

1Place rice in frying pan with oil or bacon fat.

2Add onion and garlic, minced.

3Fry 10 minutes; add rest of ingredients.

4Cook slowly about 1 hour.
