  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. bacon grease
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • salt, pepper, celery salt and sugar to taste

    Saut onions and peppers in bacon grease. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Cover tightly and bake 1 hour at 350°.
