- 1 c. uncooked whole rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. tomato paste
- about 4 c. hot water
- 2 bouillon cubes (any flavor)
Directions

1Put the first 6 ingredients into a 2-quart pan.

2Add hot water and bring to a boil.

3Stir often.

4Cook 20 minutes, uncovered, until water is gone and rice is tender.

5If not, add more water and cook until tender.
