  • 2 beef-flavored bouillon cubes
  • 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice, chilled
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 (10 oz.) bottle club soda, chilled
  • 1 c. vodka (optional)

Directions

    Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water; let cool.

    Stir in juices.

    Just before serving, stir in club soda and, if desired, vodka.

    Serve over ice.
